Any one have experience to "blue Hole" in Dahab?

Is the road from Dahab to Blue Hole suitble for normal sedan car driving, or I must change 4*4 jeep, or change camel to reach there? suppose to go there next week end...

I have been there! The blue hole is amazing for snorkelling and diving - it is a must do day trip.  we went by jeep as the terrain is quite difficult - i would think a normal sedan would not be advisable but you can also choose to do the last stretch of the journey by camel - they walk right along the coast and it is really stunning.  Do it!!!

Hello.  I don't think a sedan car is suitable from dahab to the blue hole.  There are many 4X4 taxis that will be more then happy to drive you there.  Are you diving or just going for a leisure day in the sun?  If you are the adventure type I would suggest hiking out to Abu Galum.  Bring your snorkeling gear! If you have any more questions let me know.  I lived in Dahab for a year and just recently moved to Cairo.

Back from Blue Hole!

For sure its no problem to drive sedan car there, the road is tough, but only 3 km, just drive slow and with care...

Camel riding is another choice...

Blue Hole was crowded, sea became a little muddy, snorkling there can not compare with that in ras Mohamed...but anyway, its worthy to go...
