Does anyone know if I can enter vietnam now?
I am Chinese citizen married to a Vietnamese, currently living in Boston, my visa to US is going to expire, so  we have to relocate to Vietnam.

I would also guess that you cant. Only citizens can. But you can travel to China...

I tried and they dont even have a definitive answer.  :(

Too bad my wife also can not enter China.

You can if you sucessfully find a sponsor company in Vietnam.

Sorry for your predicament. Like refugees who can't go back. Your wife would probably have a difficult time returning to Vietnam anyway, I understand repatriation flights have been curtailed. Would it be worth talking to the US Embassy for an extension due to the circumstances?

No US Embassy available in USA. Need to contact for extension of visa.

A legal one would be the best thing.

From my own experience, what ever you do,  the bottom line is:

* Sorry you cannot enter Vietnam

* Your spouse can enter her country as  a citizen

* For the time being you can go to China and she can go to Vietnam if repatriation flights exists.

* Separation   of the family due to COVID rules in different countries is painful I know

TIP:  Try to go to CAMBODIA ( there are ways and methods) and stay until  COVID rules are relaxed.
