Entering Bahrain (dependent) quarantine

My wife will be coming to Bahrain on dependent visa (she will be my dependent and I have valid work permit). She has no vaccine yet. She is currently in KSA on visit visa. How long will she need to quarantine ? And where will she need to quarantine? Also are qurantine rules different if she takes the causeway instead of a flight?

10 days at home. PCR test 48 hours before entry. Test on 10th day. Same rules as far as I know.
