Do you prefer furnished or unfurnished rentals?

Being in the situation of having an apartment to rent out, I was wondering what do you prefer being an expat looking for rental properties? Would you prefer having the landlord furnish it completely and charge extra for the furniture? Or a semifurnished property with basics installed (ACs, Water heaters, Kitchen Cabinets, etc..) and you furnish it yourself?

I am currently renting my third apartment in Zamalek since I started to live here in 2018 and all of them I rented fully furnished. Although I know some people who'd prefer buying their own furniture I reckon that for the majority of potential lessees it is much more attractive to have a fully furnished place.

I believe it's depends, if the person is going to stay for along time in the same apartment maybe he refers to buy everything by himself

This could go for some items, but most expats I know prefer a fully furnished appartment even if they are staying for a long time.

Furnished/Partially furnished works best for me, I'm currently seeking a place and that's the best way to go if you don't know for sure how long you're here for.
