Go to http://imot.bg. - I think it had optional captions in English - find your village or neighboring villages and search vacant land or whatever suites you. Then compare results , usually they give descriptive quotes.

Sorry, I can't find English captions on this site, but this is a the web portal every bg uses. See the the link with my result, on Radnevo St Zagora district. they say average price per sq m is 15 euro.

Hi, it depends I suppose on what you want and design. I would say starting point is 300 euro sq meter. This is at lower end, just to help you think. There are so many variables with location, design, quality of materials etc.
