applying for permanent family visa online error

when i apply online for permanent family visa i am getting this error "Your Sponsor is not added for family visa application. Please visit Istiqdam for more Info."

my profession on iqama is computer technician and i am registered with saudi engineering council. please tell me what is this issue.

It means your kafeel/company hasn't pay dues for the renewal of chamber of commerce or ministry of labor.

Is there any more information about this? Our company has all dues paid, licenses updated, but an employee is getting this message.

He needs to update/upgrade his company quota in the Ministry of commerce/Ministry of Labor to have the ability to give family status to his employees.

The GRO of your company would know everything.

Every company has a limit to hire employees or issuing visas (including family status).

May be your company has reached the limit or they have some problem in the system.

Or they do not have permission.

I am facing the similar issue, company GR is not aware of this issue.

He is saying all the memberships are active and not expired.

May be he is lying to you.

Or your profession is not eligible for family status.

Or there is some problem within your company.

@khizarabbas786786 @khizarabbas786786 this is common error for multiple reasons.

1- company qouta is out of limit.

2- your saudi engineering council is temporary

3- your are checking visa application before submitting visa fee.

etc etc

solution : fill the manual visa form get it signed by your HR and attested by Chamber , get same letter of your company for your family visa, book an appointment online and visit them on your apointment date and time , keep all below documents with you.

1- your original passport and copies for front page and visa page with border number.

2- iqama with minimum 4 months validity.

3- company letter.

4- Passport copies of your wife and kids

5- marriage certificate copy and translated copy by authorised translator.

6- Children registration and birth certificate.

7- your educational documents on which you have get your saudi engineering council membership.

8- deposit 2000 riyal for family visa (does not matter how many person 1 wife allowed and kids) fee is fixed 2000 riyal for one family visa

you will get it inshaAllah on first visit.

For our own company, no government department could tell us any reason for the error. Everything in company up to date, no problem with Saudization, etc. But manual application was approved.

I also get the same error, my family was here, but i send them on exit visa, so when i try to apply again for family visa, i am getting the error, is that your case?

Hai All,

My iqama profession is purchase manager and my salary in gosi is 18000sr. I'm planning to bring my family in permanent visa. My graduation certificate is attested by MEA India, BAHRAIN mofa, BAHRAIN mofa in Riyadh and Saudi mofa only saudi embassy is not done. Is it possible I can get permanent visa for my family.
