NOC regulations

There isn't much you can personally do in the given situation, since you are not directly involved with the said employee or her erstwhile employer. It is for the employee to get the NOC from her employer.

At best, as the one intending to hire that employee, you can assure her former employer that you would indeed be hiring that employee, provided she was not employed prior with your direct competitor.

At least they will give him NOC. I asked my sponsor to give me but they don't want. They said it's company policy not to give and also there is no need for NOC since the Oman government said last January that they will scrapped it. So I got a new employer and he said it's okay if I don't have NOC. My problem now is visa. Coz i think Oman not giving new visa yet.  How your employee will change visa to your company if it's still close?

I went to Sanaad last evening they informed me that NOC is still required but it's up to the company if they want to give or not. If they do not wish to give they cannot be pinalized.
Internal visa transfer is allowed iand that's what am doing.

hello iam from india my visa will expire on november 4 and i am not intrested to work in the same company aand sponser iam planning to get a new job in oman is that possible, is noc required plz give me some sugestions

In rules , there is no  requirement of NOC , when you have already completed your contract with Company. But Still you have to change Visa, hence the role of your company is not over. You either have to take final exit (requires your company consent to cancel visa) and return on new visa with new company or internal visa transfer which also need your company papers.

Yes some companies are taking advantage of the situation. So it is better to remove the NoC totally

Last 2 month before NOC is required from Employer… to Join new company as an Employment visa …. Till now new visa is not issued by ROP… inside visa transfer is available

It's all depends on your boss, if he can allow you to change visa when you get the job.

Visa changing is easy if you are in Oman . But NoC is compulsory as per my knowledge. Check once again

The problem is that since last year December that I had interviewed with this company there have not been able to provide visa, don't you see that there is a problem?

As for now all visa in Oman are suspended. They are not issuing any visa since April. My friend in Oman called the visa office and this is what they said. Also NOC in Ministry of Manpower is already removed. But in visa office they did not update in their system yet. So we are hoping that once they start issuing visa they will update the system also.

Your so lucky to ur new employer I hope I can find like them..
