Dear Lebanese diaspora, Any one has a clue how to get in contact with Portugal embassy in Cyprus? Lebanese people are referred to Portugal Embassy in Cyprus for any request for Visa.
I want to apply for a D7 Visa and no one in Cyprus embassy are responding to my emails or telephone calls. i found this bizarre, how can i apply to an embassy who has no website, do not reply to emails and telephone calls and are asking everybody to call for an appointment before knocking their door.
Any advise?
Appreciate your help.
Thanks and best

Hello!

This is the website of the Cyprus embassy: https://www.embassyportugalnicosia.org/marcacoes

Normally Portugal uses a third party to handle visa requests. I not sure about Cyprus.

Best regards,

Hi, the link you have attached is showing "under review". i have searched all means and found no active website to Portugal embassy in Cyprus. Additionally, no third party mentioned to handle visas.
Thank you for your reply.
Any other suggestion?

I thank you deeply for your assistance.
Unfortunately, they do not provide any info on this site, visa section is under construction, applications' templates are not available neither requirements and no visa issue clarification.
You can ask only for an appointment by email to which they do not respond.
Again i am stucked.
I appreciate if you can help more or if anyone else has faced this issue from the Lebanese diaspora.
Many thanks

I has anyone managed to get a reply to emails sent to the Portuguese embassy in Cyprus?  I have been trying to contact them for a month. When I rang the guy couldn't help me & said I had to wait for a answer to my email Grrrr. We are wanting D7 visas and although we are permanent Cypriot residents we are on british passports.

Hello,

It is the same with everyone, they never do reply, I am recruiting Lebanese employees, to whom I applied for a residence d2 visa, they never got back to us since september.

Weird how they work, and now I have been told and i do not know if it is true or fake news, that nicosia embassy stopped all visas for Lebanese

@LeMarvellous,

I don't know if it is true or not, but when a gateway is used too much, it can be closed for a period of time, weeks or months... These procedures may be the result of policies that are above the embassies, and has nothing to do about how they do their work.
