Hello All,

So we submitted a request for family reunification in January for my wife to change her residence from Student to Family. We live in Belgium.

After almost 6 months with no reply, we spoke to a lawyer who spoke to the Office Des Etrangers, who said they never got the application.

We submitted the file through the commune and have proof of that; what would you advise doing in this case as apparently, it's a mistake either by the commune or the office of foreigners.

Thank you

If you have the proof e.g. Annex that you submitted the application, then ask the same lawyer for the next steps.
