Hello everyone!

I hope you are well.

Like the US and many other countries, Spain is currently facing a heatwave.

Is this your first experience as an expat?

How are you coping with the situation?

Do you have any tips to give?

Feel free to reply to this thread or to contact me by private message.

Thanks in advance,

After living in Southern Spain for over 15 years, I have got quite used to the high temperatures in Summer months.

The best way to cope is to plan your day well. Getting up early to make the most of the cooler mornings. Resting at midday and when the heat is at its worst. Making sure you eat the right types of foods are all important things to consider.
