Dutch classes

Diego_A

Hello!

I would like to learn Dutch and gain a proficiency level at least equivalent to B2 in a not too long period. The goal is not to pass the civic examination, but to allow me to better integrate into Dutch society and advance in my work.

I'm looking for Dutch classes, preferably in the Ouderkerk aan den IJssel or Krimpen aan den IJssel regions. Could you tell me where to get this information? I did a quick Google search and didn't find much. Classes can be conventional (on-site at schools) or private.

I would appreciate if you also could indicate good online courses.

Thank you very much!

Hi again.

What you're describing is professional tuition; if you want choice, then I suspect your better off looking around Rotterdam; check out this link; Google is your friend if you want more.

Hope this helps.

Hi Cynic,

Thank you for your reply.

In fact, Rotterdam provides many more alternatives. However, I was looking for a school closer to my residence. I found this site that lists some schools in Capelle aan den IJssel:
https://www.inburgeren-scholen.com/en/l … den-IJssel

According to what is written there: we can do integration exam or we can also integrate through the State Examination Dutch as a second language (NT2)

Thanks!

Diego

Yeah - that's what I thought and why I suggested Rotterdam as it isn't that far from home.

I found one, but it is for people who doesn't speak very well, it is volunteer based. It is when you speak a little bit Dutch and not for beginners.

I would advise taking the bus to Rotterdam, it is so close to Capelle so you are there within 15/20 minutes.

Hi Diego! A good online option for you might be LearnDutchOnline.nl. They have over 11 years of experience and have helped dozens of (highly skilled) expats througout the whole country. Do you have a specific goal with learning Dutch? :) Wishing you all the best!
