any advice on how I could go around to set a small high-end preschool in jubail.

Would appreciate info on:
- location + rent
- legalities: home-based or office-based, may be in a compound, sponsorship requirement, legal paperwork
- ANYTHING pertinent: the whole nine yards!!

the Q. is are you in jubail town or industrial area. if you are in JT then i'm not sure If you are in JI you got to check the royal commission hope this helps.

I just checked up on some thing if you want it a home based preschool in the compound area i think u have check the head office of the compound.
