Interning remotely for a Dutch Employer

My company says I can intern for them remotely, but I have no idea how it would work. Do I have to contact the IND? How would I even handle the income tax when I dont have the residence permit.

I have never heard of this; based on what you've told us and unless somebody comes along with some recent advice, my advice is to contact the IND and ask there. Contact details for the IND are at this link.
