I have gained personal and professional experience of more than 15 years in the field of immigration and asylum seekers, migration, accompanying the evolution of Italian and European scene.
As founder and coordinator of ARI Onlus (Associazione Rieti Immigrant - province)I developed leadership skills, problem solving, coordination, project management and operators, event organization, representation, multi-ethnic contexts, in situations of crisis and emergency, in formal and official occasions.

I would like to know,do you have co-worker in Brunei,namely I wold like to live in Kuala Belait,I have no own business,still, but it is in the future, for now, I could improve the business of any company in Marketing, as Iam an Engineer -Economist ,finished Azerbaijan Enginerr-Construction University,Economics and Construction Management,Honours Diploma,I can send my CV with Diploma copy,and other documents which approve my work activity.

I don't have an office in Brunei and i may be interested in a networking as well for the feture. so we exchange infomatios and CV. No need for copies of the deploma as for now. You read my CV online: Eastwood Edo ihaza CV... Or from my blog as well. are there people that you know that will like to work in Italy in the feture?

does one need to be fluent in Italian to seek work in Italy, or can they learn it when they get there and subside on English for the time being?

Really... you don't need to know fluent italian before you come to Italy and for sure you can learn it when you arrived. In many case if you know some before is always better. But in the other side it you know english it will help in the start.
Seeking for work in Italy is not easy and when you know more than langage for sure it will be more easy for me to help with a job before you arrive, most attivities in Rome and otrher important cities prefer to have good language speakers.
But in my town 87km from Rome we offer home and language for 15 to 90 days, so if you are interested let me know.
