Employee transfer in the Qiwa

NO. the descision already made it will automaticaly generate in the system of QIWA and cannot be undone and the next process will be the payment & transfer of ur iqama

The reason is that I got I new offer from another employer.
After they initiated the transfer in the Qiwa, I accepted and there was a message "pending for approval from current employer"
After one day, my company's Head Office approved and there current message is "pending completing transfer in Absher by new employer".
There's a notice period of 30 days in the Qiwa for me to serve so I tendered my resignation.
When it got to my line HR, he doesn't want to release me to pay my end of service benefits.
He said I have to complete my current contract which will expire in December.

The fact is, I have finished my first two years mandatory contract with them

Just wait until the iqama fee funded and transfer ur iqama to ur new employer, ur company cant do anything about your transfer because they already accepted it in the first place. U can check ur absher anytime if the employer change to new that is when you are free to them,
