Can any expat tells from where an expat resident can get vaccinated in Kyiv?
Is there a choice of vaccines available as in EU they don't accept Chinese vaccines. What are the charges for it?

as you say you have TPR that is why you may not get it. Cos you could fly out of Ukraine for 10 months then come back etc etc. You can pay for the jab as an expat on TPR through Odrex. 20USD.

Did you speak to Helsi to check if they will vaccinate only the PR?
What I know so far is that you need to go to a family doctor who are registered on Helsi, get the consent form attested by them and then take it to the nearest government medical centre near you, you can choose the centre where they are giving Pfizer, Moderna or CoronaVac. There is no restriction, they only want Tax Id and Prepiska (Housing registration).
