Hi,

Can a permanent resident open an account remotely with Nubank or one of the other digital banks? If yes, how long does it take?

I will defer to others. A couple had problems with BR's internet banks.(C6)

You can; however, some have experienced issues in doing so.

PagSeguro and MercadoPago work for sure.

In my experience each took less than 24h.
