MDEC Change of Employer, EP Processing time

Hi everyone,
Has any expats who are currently residing in Malaysia recently gone through an employer transfer process with MDEC.
It would be very helpful if you can share your actual timelines for processing in different stages.

I see in the MDEC website that SLA is 7 working days. Is that only for new application or does it apply to change of employer also ?
