Hi Good Morning,

I need a advice if the visa is showing not valid can I apply for a new visa without my previous sponsor permission.

Yes but depends if you are within the 30 days period. If you have overstayed then it will be an issue.

Dear GuestPoster052,

If your visa is not valid at the moment, you do not have to get previous employers consent to transfer the visa.

If you have overstayed no need to panic. Just tell your new sponsor that you have completed your grace period, he can extend it easily with the offer letter and apply for your work permit.

If you are planning to leave Bahrain as well there are no issues. You can approach any Document clearance agency and they will do the extension with some extra charge. GOVT Fees for extension is 15 BHD. They might charge another 15 BHD as service fees as you will get the extension slip and you are good to go.

Only if you are on a visit visa and the grace period is expired you will have some issues renewing it and need an experienced PRo who have good contacts in Immigration.
