QIWA Transfer

They said it will be auto-cancel after 14 days.

I am facing the same issue. I already have my second transfer request and still pending for current employer approval

Im about to report to the embassy and go to labor office after.

Hi JinePad, kindly update me on what happens to you next so i would try to do it as well. Same thing that I'll provide update also. My new employer told me that there will be  a change with my request tomorrow if my current employer still ignore my request in qiwa.

I also had this problem almost similar to yours. But mine is i got 90 days period notice. I think it will be better if you talk to your current employer about this matter.

my current employer doesn't want to give me transfer. I talked to him twice already. my contracts was finished since July 21. What happened after your 90 days? Thanks for answering.

No idea. Some one said, he can reject it even after 90 days. Im not pretty sure at all.  The system is not too clear on this. Btw will this be your first transfer?

Same with me.... my 90 days notice period is about to end at Sept 3 2021 i dont know what will happend after 90 days....
but my new employer tell me I can Direct join to his company....

For 90 days notice period guys no need approval from current employer, it will automatically transfer after finishing notice period, but current employer can put exit on you at this time and also he can reduce the notice period time if he want, but he cannot reject

please enlighten me about the 90 days period. will it be given after the second request is ignored again? thanks for your answer.

On present condition 90 days notice period is not coming after june 18 th update in qiwa, its only coming pending for current employer approval, we can hope it will change on upcoming updates,

Question ,you said he can put on exit. Does this one apply to were your visa is under his name? Because my current employer is just my first transfer. Can my current employer can still impose exit on my account?

Exit can be impose only by the sponsor which is showing on your absher account

Oh i thought the sponsor/company that brought you here in ksa can impose exit on your visa. If you were transfered,the current employer doesn't have the right to impose exit on you not unless he talks to the first employer.

Actually im running out of luck here. This will be my second transfer. The first one there's no qiwa available at that time, only thru absher. Im currently on notice period. I and my current employer are not in good terms.

does not matter if your first transfer time qiwa was there or not,
if your are already on notice period in qiwa then just finish your notice period and you can join new employer after notice period.
but try to be as much as good in relation with old employee untill notice period finishes.
once notice period finishes your case will go to MOL and new employers hands automatically your current employer can not do anything then,

And how about my iqama, my iqama will expire next month. If my iqama expires during the 90days period. What will happen? Will i automatically join the new company or my new employer needs to submit a new request?.

Additionally the new employer sent me a screenshot of the procedures,  step he accomplished the steps from 1 to 3. Now step 4 says waiting for ministry approval. From step 1 to 4 i see no current employer approval.

yes this step Waiting for ministry approval have some glitched usually in that case request will get expired and you need to ask for new request from sponsor and do the cycle again , in second time cycle will go faster and ministry will not take time also for approval

If your iqama expires in between this notice period, no need to wait till notice period finish, you will get transfer 7-10 days before your iqama expiry, keep checking qiwa portal daily, because some my friend already got transfer in that situation

Sounds good news to me. My iqama will expire on September 1st 2021. I rcvd the job order last week august 1.

After Iqama expiry till one month you can not transfer which is a grace period for your current employer to renew iqama, but he does not renew as he already approve your request with notice period then your notice period should be completed in any case.

but if your current employer did the renewal you will be bound to pay his renewal fee to him by your new employer, after which new employer will pay only transfer fee not iqama renewal fee.

and brother please dont worry your case is going smooth just sit and be patient, once any case goes to government you must gather lots of patience , do not make anything wrong with current or new employer keep good terms as much as you can , complete your notice period , watch movies and relax yourself as you need your full energy at new place and at new job.
