Transfer request issue

Hello Sir i have got yesterday my job contract in qiwa by new employer, now i am getting this option in qiwa Pending employee transfer service by establishment. What it means please i need an urgent help as my iqama will expire on 23 august 2021 and my contract with current company has already finished on 18 june 2021. Does my current employer can cancel my transfer request? Does he can put me on final exit? Also when i check tranfer request option in qiwa its showing no data what it means? Even when i check the new contract it coming there by new employer. I need all of my question answer. I'll be very thankful

Status what you mention "Pending employee transfer service by establishment" which means you accepted the request and now its to your current sponsor.
Now first question is did you inform your sponsor that you have a request for approval in QIWA ? if not your should ask them to do so. and you have already completed your contract then ask a favor to your current sponsor to give minimum notice period.
So if your current sponsor approves your request it will change to for notice period status.
if her refused to accept then ... he will extend your iqama and ask to continue work but he can do it only if he is your first kafeel and you did not finish 2 years with him. But if he is not your first kafeel and you had transfer before then he is like owner, if he want to put final exit he will and if he want to allow you to transfer its all his wish. so you need to butter him alot and ask for favor and accept the request.
Pls do not think QIWA is automated system, each thing is manual , but in computerized software. like you recieved offer letter from new contract , instead of signing document you click accept , now your request goes to your current employer with complete information where you r moving in which company whats your contract whats your salary and all other thing after that he will decide and  take decission.
you are free from current employer only if he did not pay you 3 consecutive months salary, if he is in red, or company license is expired, or your iqama is expired for more then a month.

1. The first step is for you to accept the new contract in qiwa.
2. Second step is to inform your current employer to accept the request of the new company to transfer your Iqama.
3. Once your current employer has accepted the request of the new company, then the new company can transfer your iqama.
4. I have experience the same and it took a few minutes to sort it out following the above  procedures.

Pending employee transfer by establishment - tell your new employer to submit a transfer request

After they send a transfer request, your contract will appear in "employee transfer" section. You have to accept it within 10 days

Then it will change to "Pending for current employers approval" - this will be auto-cancel if your current employer just ignore it within 14 days

based on QIWA support they said that if your work permit and your iqama is already expired you will not need your current employers approval as long as you accepted the contract in QIWA

also, you can ask your current employer to cancel your exit visa and inform them that you already have a contract in QIWA

If they refused, you can let them have it and wait for the transfer period finished and your new employer can cancel it.
