Hello

Does anyone know when the office that deals with passport renewals in HCMC for Vietnamese people will reopen. Or is there a way to do it online?

Are you asking on behalf of a Vietnamese national? Your Vietnamese friend should know where to renew his/her passport. It's the same place s/he applied for it the first time, and if s/he lives in Saigon, s/he would know that it's not open because Saigon is under Directive 16.

It's possible to do it online at Hộ Chiếu but the applicant must bring supporting documents to Immigration.
