Hi everyone,
Please I need help on how to opt out from the weekly auto renewal plan of MEO network.
Actually, I did not requested nor subscribed to any plan when I bought the sim card. But I was surprised as the network operator automatically deducting €3,50 every week. Now, they almost finished the €50 credit on the sim without my consent.

Any helpful information and or suggestion will be appreciated.
