Hello I am from Lebanon have a remote job and I would like to start the process of D7 visa, however I am not able to, find the application I should fill

The Portuguese embassy in cyprus dont reply to our emails and the consulate in lebanon knows nothing

Hi, true, It is not easy to find the application but what is more dificult or even impossible is to get in contact with Portugal emabassy in cyprus, they do not answer their phones neither reply to their emails. So if you find a way to apply, appreciate if you can share.

Some said to me that the portuguese parliament  issued a law valid till september in order to minimize operations in their embassies because they want to minimize entry of new people to portugal due to covid. Let's wait and see if it's true.

Do you mean that after september it will become easier?

Who knows, they might extend it! It all depends on the covid cases
