Final Exit/ New Employer/ Flight

Hi guys, my problem is my old employer issued me a final exit visa, my iqama is already expired, but i have a job offer from another company and my old employer did not accept the transfer in qiwa saying rejected by current employer...now the question is? Is it possible for my new employer to proceed with the hiring process?

I made a call with MOL 19911 And they told me that i can transfer because my iqama is expired!

I have a plane ticket to catch tomorrow at 6 pm and im running out of time, can i disregard the plane ticket?
I am afraid that my current employer will report me as huroob if i didnt show up at the airport.

Help anyone has the same situation please!

Sorry brother , FInal Exit means final exit untill it is cancelled by your sponsor, You must talk to him before catching plane if he cancel that as you can get transfer on immidiate basis all depened on your communications
