Could someone give me the current acts/legislation that govern obligations, contracts, liability in Mauritius?

Thank you for your answer. As u guessed there is an issue between 2 contractors but they will try to find an arrangement. It's always useful to check what is said by the law. I'm gonna check it out.

On the same issue, are sellers of property obliged to secure your PDS residence permit or is that totally dependant on gov. The marketing states that the PDS is guaranteed providedall other requirements eg Police clearance being fulfilled
