Moving to Norway

Hei Hei
Is there any one has info on how to apply family immigration with  the Norwegian child?
I have a Norwegian child  with Norwegian passport and current live in Africa but I would like to move to Norway with her cos the father is not willing to do the family reunion with us any steps to be taken and possibility of the application?

you fulfill the requirement "You have parental responsibility for a Norwegian child, and the child is living with you on a permanent basis. "

I followed the wizard through a bit further, and here is a checklist.

Thank you so much for the updated information but am still wondering if I need to show how am going to support myself and the child while am in Norway eg house or financially.
Do you think I need to have Address? Sorry for asking too much but I need to be sure before putting the application through.
