Immigration has suspended the order to leave for Foreigners, but they will be required to pay the normal fees even if they have over stayed their visa

Sounds like good news, but I'd like to read the details. I have already applied for motion to re-consider and my visa has now expired and I've been told they may charge P30K for a 2 month extension. Immigration would not allow me to submit my 13a application until my motion to re-consider was decided so I'm in limbo right now just waiting.
