Thank you, as you know it's a BIG step to move to a new country, culture and language. It is getting too difficult here in the UK.

What is the problem with her living in Belgium with you? As an EU citizen she does not need a visa, she can come and register in the commune where you live. Up to 3 months no registration is required, but after 3 months, she should (must by the law). Depending on the commune, they may only give her a short term stay, but if you declare that you are partners, then she will most likely get a longer registration which have to be renewed.

But they way you are asking your question is as if you never asked any of the Belgium institutions. Perhaps you've found the answer to your question.
