Need advice re: car rental

Greetings!
We are from the Southeast U.S.A. and are planning a move to Braga. There are many many moving parts and we are bringing our 2 adult dogs that adds a whole other level of logistics, so I would really appreciate any information you can provide, because I have looked online and have come up empty.
Can you help?
I need advice on a car rental company:
-that will allow us to pick up vehicle in England and drop off in Braga.
-We also need to know our 2 dogs can travel with us.
-I am looking for 3 different companies so I can try to find one that will work for us.

Thank you Johnny. This is very helpful. My husband did find a car rental company that will allow us to pick up in England and drop off in Braga (we think). But if there are others out there, we would like to know about those as well.
