I hope, for the country, Pacquiao doesn't win. Pacquiao can go a long way on his fame alone but he's not what the country needs. He's an idiot who avoided taxes, was only a part time politician (focusing more on boxing, and his other interests) and not educated regardless how many honorary degrees he was gifted based on his fame. Pacquiao is more of the same of the typical politician here.

Whether I like Duterte or not, he's the one president I've actually seen affect the country positively. Duterte can't be president again by law but I hope his replacement will move the country forward in the same direction.

I somehow have the gut feeling that the man will not step down quietly & so he will have his daughter Sara playing a bigger role thus ensuring he sustains his power.

And some e g American presidents have just been pupet dolls to others often greedy people, who just bother about their own interests, even got told in ear what to say in puböic- but have said stupid things anyway..   

Politicians and public service bosses are almost allways people, who want power but are to stupid so private sector dont want them 

Concerning education and clevernes capacity:
After many years searching, among the smartest Filipinos I have found are some LOW educated very poor, even two squatters,
while of HIGH educated rich and upper middle class Manila Filipinos are a big part very stupid - and  liars.  They even deny when its PROVEN it was them... Among these high educated Manila Filipinos, stupidity is so common so I couldnt stop myself from telling them:
"High education dont cure stupidity obviously"   
They lie a lot and claim they are clever, otherwice I WOULDNT have said like that, because I have no problem with people witn low intellience who act nice and do their best.

Yup...we have our daily load of the usual loud voices/noises/croaking....
