How can I get birth certificate in Bahrain for expat?

My relatives are in India left Bahrain 5 years back. Their son born in Bahrain and now they are in need of his birth certificate. How can I get his birth certificate in Bahrain? Kindly advise.

They can apply his birth certificate through bahrain.bh under birth certificate services.

Thank you so much for your reply. But there is asking for *Birth Notification Request Number, which is they don't know. I have his old birth certificate and on it is not mentioned.

As You said that you have an old Birth certificate then I assume you should have his CPR as well. In that case please go to Extract Birth Certificate option rather than Request for Birth Certificate.
In other option it won’t ask you for notification no.

But they only sent u a message to cone for it right?
