Becoming a Bolt or Uber driver in Algarve

Is anyone aware of the process for becoming one of these drivers, just back from Portugal this week and one driver stated that you needed to start a company first, any know the process?

You need to register a company for transportation services. You can do it online through online service like e-residence.
