I recently transfer to new company. I am facing the same issue when i open and verify its showing user alredy exist.

Yes.. I also recently transferred to a new company.
It's not any issue because when I checked in my GOSI, the new company is actively paying my insurance.
I guess It's a justification from the old company that you are no longer working for them

This is because your current company may be a group of companies. Your iqama is transferred into one of the company in group  and you are receiving salary from different company may be parent company. This can also be your sponser is different on iqama and you receive salary from different account of the same company group and your sponsor may have already clarified to the GOSI

i find new job and my Qiwa not showing no contract my new company need to ready send Qiwa Request so can i possible to transfer
