Hi all!

I am looking for a condo in KL with the following specifications:
- rental upto 2,000 per month
- 2 bedroom condo
- floor space: around 1000 square feet
- ideally high floor, unobstructed view
- close to an LRT station, preferably within 5-10 minutes walk
- partially/fully furnished
- with kitchen space/counters etc and dining area
- 1 year contract with possible extension

hi, MYR 2k is hardly got an apartment with full furnish. If MYR3k to 3.2k, still manage to got within KLcity. just to let me know and get for more details if you need for more info.

wishing you good luck in your search. Hello Chakri, I don't have info about houses in KL city. I live in Alamjaya Cheras. from Cheras to Kl city is 2.50 MR by bus. If you are able to get a room here, it costs 450 MR initial payment. After that, every month, you pay 300 MR. But then, there is no one room apartment. you only have to share apartment with people. But if you decide to have your own apartment, then 1500 MR first payment. 600 MR monthly payment.
