hello black dress :)

who is not willing to move to the States? honestly?

but "States" is very vague, where exactly do you picture yourself, ur hoping to head for a country that is an entire continent, so u'll need a strategy first.

head on over here: https://www.expat.com/forum/viewforum.php?id=448 the USA forum, select one of the 35 pages they have there for their States (i guess the other 15 dont have internet :P)

ask around, and may you find what you are looking for :)

What do you mean by states?
Do you mean U.S.A
الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية

Black Dress,

The States are in decline and many Americans (I for one) have found better opportunities outside the US (Dubai for instance, where I'm now living).  Emigrating from the US was the best life decision I ever made. I am in no hurry to go back.

By "in decline", I'm referring to the US economy, job market, international standing and standard of living.  The Bush regime was a disaster and even though the current president is a decent, intelligent person, he's been saddled with a legislative body (the US Congress) that is totally ineffective and a national debt crisis that is probably insurmountable, especially with a Congressional majority that cares about nothing else but getting a new, white-skinned president from their party elected.

I work for an oilfied services company that welcomes female engineers (from certain disciplines). I would be glad to review your CV against any of our open positions.  Yes, we have US as well as non-US openings.
