My iqama got expired on 6th December 2021.from company A.
I received a new contract from company B in QIWA on 9th Jan 2022.
Got my iqama transferred on 9th and it was showing company B in Absher.

suddenly on 10th January 2022 my iqama was transferred to an unknown company C without I accepting any contact from company C.


Now my question is how is it possible that company C renew my Iqama without accepting any contract from company C.

Still in QIWA the contact approved is from company B.

hence what shall I do to get back to company B as my iqama is on company C which is not having any contact in KIWA or I have not approved any request from company C anywhere and `I don't know who this company C is.

now my question is :-

1) Is there any glitch in KIWA and Absher.
2) is it my new company B has transferred me to company C without my knowledge.
3) from whom I will be legally getting salary from B or company C as I have active contact in QIWA from company B.
4) How to get back to company B as I don't know who this company C is.

Ask your company B about it.
I think they have transferred you to their other branch/subsidiary.
And Qiwa contract is only for jobs/hiring process.
You should demand a written contract from the company as a hard copy.

Talk to the company whose iqama you have right now.
Or whoever is showing in your absher.
So, talk to company B.
And one company can transfer any employee to the sister company/subsidiary without a new contract.
And as i said qiwa is not a contract at all.
Demand a written contract from the company.

I checked with company B and they said it is system glitch and during the process of transfer company A even after the iqama was transfer to company B somehow manage to get my iqama transferred to company C.

So ease this Company A bypass company B even though company B was my new Absher sponsor and got me transfer to company C which when ask to company B said it is system glitch and they will try to figure out to get me to company B again.

Now my question is will ministry will approve the QIWA contract as I have contact accept with company B and no other contract is visible with company C.

hence your valuable opinion mater here and what myself to company B need to do to get me back from company C which is the sister company of A.

May be your company A has some connections in the government to use for their benefits.
Or your B is in Red status.
May be they do not have authority to complete your transfer in the first place.
And i already told you that qiwa contract is nothing.
That's only for reference.
It can be a glitch and it can also be something else.
Talk to both companies clearly.
Ask them everything and then just tell them that you will go to the court for this melodrama and put a case against both of them at the same time.

after deeply analysis below we have found.

company B transfer my Sponsorship from A but didn't renew my iqama.
Company C (Separate entity but offline both are same company) (Sister company of Company A ) just in the next day again transfer me to his sponsorship in Absher only without any job contract in QIWA.

Company B next day did the payment from his account to renew the iqama  but as the iQAMA was under company C it got renewed with company B money to the JAWAZAT.

Now Company B is telling me to resolve the issue on my own.

now in my current case:-

1) I don't have any contract from Company C or company A.
2) Company C has transferred me without my knowledge due to system weakness as anyone having iqama expire will be transferred to anyone and due to delay  of company B to renew my iqama as the transfer happen from A to B and next day renew by company B but in the name of Company C due to system glitch of IQAMA expire.


next step I will follow:-

Go to passport office with all the money receipt paid by Company B.
Go with the QIWA request and download the contract copy.
tell JAWAZAT my situation and wait for their feedback,.

My concern here is what they JAWAZAT say to go company C and accept the contract. (Which I don't want).
IS it possible JAWAZAT will say to go to Company A as I don't want to have any relation with them to.


Will it be in the favour of company B or Company C. but for company A they forcefully transfer me to company C without my knowledge and got accepted as my iqama was expire even though the transferred was done one day before.

Jawazat can't do anything now. The truth is nobody can.
They used they system and tricked everyone.
Only company B can recover their money through court.
You need to go to labour court, if there is any chance for you.
But keep in mind, if you do this, it can take from months to years to solve and that company C can hold your salary or do some other things.
If you are ready to cope with such things, go ahead.

Now If I start to work on based on your feedback.

It means that QIWA has no value or even a contract paper regardless of signing or not signing it has no value in KSA as per your feedback.

If I discuss this is a logical way, My sponsor should be Company B right?

Also have you come across any situation like this or else I believe we are just discussing here and putting our own view without any knowledge.

This is a kingdom and here, some rules or things are only for books.
Qiwa and all of it's rules are fresh and yes, qiwa contract is nothing.
This new transfer system will take years to be implemented completely.

Listen, there are 3 basic laws for iqama transfer without company's approval.
1: Your iqama is expired.
2: You don't get your salary for 3 months straight.
3: Your company status is red.
Your company A took benefit from the very basic rule and they have done the unthinkable but that's 101 percent legal.
You can't complain about it.
Only the company B can do something about it if they want to.
You want to do something?
Go ahead put a case against them but let me remind you that it can be a waste of money and time.

Still you can go to court if you want to, it will be your money and your time.
