Issue with Certificate of Tax Residency

Hi everyone,

Today I tried to request my certificate for Fiscal Year 2021. I'm in the Kingdom since 2021/05/28 and during this time I've worked for 2 companies, as I've transferred my Iqama in November. Furthermore, I've never rented an acommodation, as I've always lived in hotels (3 until the end of the year) and a compound paid and managed by my first company.

Now I face a situation in which the information required by Tax and Zakat Authority makes no sense for me, as they request the following:



Could anyone help me? I don't have any accommodation agreement, and the only proof I might get comes from the bills of the hotel.

Honestly, this entire verification process has no sense for me. They do know the number of days I've stayed in KSA! Why am I supposed to have an accommodation contract?? Will the fact of switching employers impact on my certificate?
