Marie is right, Ves from ideal homes is one of the best agents in the veliko turnavo area, "nothing" is too much trouble for him..

Thank you both for your replies. I will contact Ves to see if idealhomes-bg can help us. Our only concern is Velinko Turnavo is a good distance from Samokov and it would be difficult for him to act on our behalf unless they have a Sofia office.

I know someone who bought a house from Ideal Homes, and they are very happy. But I think they are VT area only, I doubt they want to trek over to Samokov to conduct viewings. :-)

I've used BulgarianProperties a couple of times (for buying) and they seem to be a large and reputable agent, with lots of listings all over the country. Pretty good on internet marketing, potential for remote viewing (videos, 3D room views), and fairly focused on expat sales.

Thank you for reply to my post. I sent a message to Ideal Homes yesterday outside of the forum but I have not received a reply yet.
With regards to Bulgarian Properties, I have had dealings with this company in the past. They had our property listed for a number of years but failed to find us a buyer.
