Hi all,
I am single mom and i have got a good working opportunity in Oman, where company is ready to sponsor my kids as well, my question is ..is it possible to get the whole process done without NOC from my husband as we live separately and officially not divorced. Please help me out as it is very urgent.

Regards.

Hi,

you don't need an NOC from husband or ex-husband. If you are on family visa, you have to cancel visa & come back on working visa.

Currently I am not (neither my husband) residing  in Oman.. I shall be travelling to Oman on visit visa along with my kids alone and later change the visa status to work visa for me family visa for kids.

I can't comment specifically to Oman laws but seeing as you didn't get an answer to your question; in most GCC countries, you CANNOT sponsor your kids as a single mom without, either an NOC from the father or attested court documents proving custody of children (attested by Saudi Embassy in home country).
