Hi there hope you are all doing just fab!
I'm new to the formum from UK and would like to invite you all- well not all as that could be pretty crazy- but who ever is interested in fitness and training outdoors. I have organised a 8 week fitness boot camp course which are very popular in US, UK, DUBAI, AUS, etc. I would like to invite you the expat readers to join me. I have opened the first week up for free to all you guys and gals so you can try it out. Starts on the 9th august at 18:30-19:30, runs every Tuesday and Thursday after that for 8 weeks. Lots of crazy, fun outdoor fitness. I am a trainer and have organised this for many years in Spain also. I now live here with my new wife and new born. ( four days old)
