One year in Cairo

Hello Jack and welcome in Egypt in anytime u come..i studied in Ain Shams university as well..but its not near to Dokki or El Mohandseen..those areas in Giza county..but Ain Shams university in Cairo county..true there is alot of buses and mini bueses include taxis which can take u there but will take time especially because of the trafics..so i suggest for u to better take apartment in some place a little near to the university..Ain Shams University based in Abbasia area..so it will be better for u to rent ur apartment in one of following areas..Abbasia..Roxy..Nasr city..there is also expat's house which u can share it with someone else or some groupe..but in this case u will be restricted in times for ur entering and out of it..i think u also talk about furnished apartment not unfurnished..there is both types here..and of course furnished ones expensive than unfurnished..up also to the area u live in..when u ask for cheap one so u better find one in public area..the range for unfornished apartments in public areas starting from 500 EGP up to 1500 EGP..in dollars is from 90 dollars to 250 dollars..and in such public areas i dont think u will find furnished apartments..only unfurnished..reverse of this regarding apartments in high areas..i dont think that u can find unfurnished ones there..all is furnished..unless it will be for sale not for rent..the prices for furnished rent apartments start from 350 dollars up to 1000 dollars..
