Medical Unfit due to Diabetes

My Medical is scheduled this month at QVC. I have diabetes due to which my HBA1C results are 9.6.

Will I be rejected in medical due to high sugar level.

My Fasting sugar is 220 and regular sugar is 280.

I am from Philippines my medical was pending with authorities its 1 month already but no result. Still my visa is outside process. Anyone know why it takes too long in results of moi.?

Same thing happened with me , due to diabetics they rejected my visa
