My old Kafeel filed a case against me

@niravathusinusimon I have no issues with my previous employer as far as I know, I didn't make any loans or agreement whatsoever, I just clearly followed the qiwa system and they did not took it lightly.

@Al0611 No, they did not pay my 2 months worth of wage, and I even struggled to retrieve my passport before I left there, but thank God, I'm glad I get a hold of it 🙏

@Aj Santi this is one of reasons why I did not hesitate to transfer via QIWA, because of my previous company's poor management and treatment to their staffs, wages are getting delayed/pending yet they took quick action filing something against people who left the company for having enough of their incompetent management.

@Aj Santi Usually if there is such an issue then iqama renewal cannot be done without clearing it.  See a lawyer.

@Aj Santi  File a case to recover your remaining salary, unpaid vacation money and  service award. I'll recommend to you my lawyer.  Pm me

I work as house driver and during the accident my sponsor car I was driving did not have insurance and I got message i should pay 20183 riyal

My iqama is blocked my traffic department

My sponsor will not pay the money how can I solve this problem

@pahuriraym Thanks brother, my new employer is currently sorting out all the issues for me, as they've instructed me to work peacefully and stay in this new company no matter what, they'll do the deed for me even if it comes to court appearances.

@Md mukhtar Khan brother now a days i am planning to transfer another company with out permission of my current company,  because my iqama will be expire.  Also my job contract already expired before three months.  If i transfer with out my company permission is there any possibility to face any case from my current company please inform me

@Aj Santi my friend. Don't think too much as it will give you mental problem. It is in justice that the court will attend to everyone's complain. But rest assured that the law is in your side. The transfer was legal. It is the legal duty of your current kafeel to protect you. Transfer does not push through if you did not met the requirements.

I was thinking like am the only one facing challenges here in Saudia Arabia, my challenges started right from Airport, as we landed in Riyadh Airport No any company Reps was there for me, a call a friend to pick me up, later on i call the Agent in other to direct me to the company but he refused, i ask him for after that's how I started suffering, I ask him for my Iqama Number he says since he start tourist business to Saudi Arabia no one has ever asked for Iqama Number, the problem is that now I have a Sponsor i want to transfer but after sending him my documents his reply was shock to me, He said the company that give the visa has put a fine of 25000 SAR And additional prison, I just confused, please need your advice what is the first step I'll start with,

    It appears that my previous sponsor has filed a case against me. I'm currently addressing this situation and working to resolve it as soon as possible. If anyone has faced a similar issue or has advice on how to navigate this, your insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your support.

I have same issue, I just got transferred legally 2 months ago from my previous sponsor through qiwa.

The reason I got transferred without informing my old sponsor because he was unable to renew my iqama,and it had been 5 months that my IQama was expired and still there was no chance of renewal of my iqama.

During this period i kept follow up my sponsor and Hr manager for iqama renewal but no response, even i sent an official email to their official email address but still no response so I had no Choice but to get transfer I spend a lot of money got under debt renewed my iqama on my own. After that old sponsor filed a case of 15000sr on me without any reason . I never took any loan from anyone.

Now I have also travel ban on my iqama. I have no idea what should I do ?

Hi! we have similar situation somehow, but to me its no fine at the mean time. Because I have to attend the case on Dec. 15, 2024. My previous employer filed a case of 56k sar in MOJ for breaching the contract as per remaining months in qiwa. I have yearly contract to them so I ended my 2 years and 4 months with them that time. I promise that I have no idea that qiwa is automatically renewable because I haven't receive any message notifying the renewal either SMS or email. All I know was the first year of contract back on year 2022-2023 that I accept via qiwa (qiwa platform was new that time). However, I made 30 days written notice (though qiwa requires 60 days) for leaving the company and talk the bosses in person the reason why I am leaving. So, since the case already filed, the acceptance of my transfer to new employer has been approved. Now, since I am in the new company with renewed iqama, can anyone answer me here if my previous company can still win that pending case? I mean, is it still possible for the case to proceed even I successfully transferred to the new company? and what is the impact of this if they win? your time and attention is appreciated. thank you.
