Yes, As you have 2 words in your name "MUHAMMED" & "MUSTHAFA" , it will be accepted. If there is only one word  for eg - "MUHAMMED" then it will not be accepted. It does not matter whether you have the two words in the given name or surname.

You Must need to change Passport, because i face 8 to 10 cases of my workers like you, LMRA/Immigration Not give you Work visa on single Name. they sent back visa with objection..
soo don't try to apply visa again and again on single name, go pakistan embasy or change passport as soon as possible.

Dear all,

Please note that if anyone has 2 words or more in the name for eg - "Super", "Man". It does not matter whether the name is in Surname or given name - 2 or more words in the name section in the passport you can apply straight away.

Hi may wife is here on Bahrain on Visit visa. Now she got a job here ..we submitted already the passport and visa for applying the work visa .the thing is in her passport the Surname is Blank and given name have two names in it . So what if while they apply visa they split the given name and put that in the surname... Does the visa will get approved.. please let me know

I guess if there are two names in the given name field then it should be ok. Give it a shot, if it gets rejected then you have to make the changes by changing the passport as per rules.

You shouldnt face any difficulties, in most cases it should go through.
