how long it will take for job confirmation from HR ?

i have attended technical interview, and manager have confirmed that I have cleared my technical round. and then i have attended HR round. after that its been 3 weeks I have no response from HR, can anyone have any idea about this situation ? can i expect any response further ?

HR process vary form company to company...

Do not consider any verbal confirmation of job, job confirmation is only when you get offer letter.

now a days companies delay job offers as they need to see and manage and maintain their VISA categories to keep them in green. once they are confirm on it only then they issue job offer.

For job application, pass or fail during job interview it's normal for an applicant or candidate to set an appointment with HR, send series of follow-up emails, or phone calls to the contact person of prospect employer in order to get feedback and status update of your job offer letter.

Frankly speaking the whole process can vary from a week to even 6 months. Eid holidays are upon us so mostly it will be delayed by a couple of weeks minimum.

Highly recommended to comunicate by calls for hiring process as emails are not that good enough in saudi culture for hiring process.
