10 am til 3 pm for the clothing and electronics stores. The Hyper Pandas are open at 9 am
Then the restaurants at the malls open at 8 pm then all the other stores re-open from 9 till midnight.
I ve heard rumors that the banks re open at night also but I'm not too sure of that.

The first ten days or so was the worst because none of the retailers posted signs as to what their modified hours for Ramadan were despite the fact that the companies all knew at least a month ahead of time. In th US with retailers hungry for business they post th holiday schedule very visibly. They sure dont want to torque off their customers and lose their business.  I guess businesses over here dont give a damn whether they inconvenience their customers.
