@walaaashraf384 nope, haven't received the contract yet. I only received a newsletter saying "August is around the corner" plus tips on how I should prepare for this opportunity.

leratoftwala

@ral2020te It took 2 months for me to receive the final offer from ESE via Edvectus and now it looks like it will take 2 months or so to get the contract.

leratoftwala

@A?23x Here's the information from Edvectus website👇

-Salary of 16,000-21,000 AED per month (US$4300-5700 per month), tax free.

-Flight at beginning and end of two year renewable contract*

  If the company informed you that the initial offer is not the final letter and there could be a possibility of postponement, it means they are still in the process of finalizing the hiring decision. It's not uncommon for the hiring process to take some time, especially if there are many candidates being considered or if there are administrative or logistical issues.

As for whether you can still be considered for August, it depends on the company's hiring timeline and their specific requirements. Some companies might continue the hiring process up until the last minute to fill a position, while others may have strict deadlines. If you haven't received any further communication from the company, it's best to reach out to them directly for an update on your application status and to inquire about the expected timeline.

Each hiring process is unique, and the duration can vary significantly from one company to another. Unfortunately, there is no universal answer to how long it will take to receive a final contract. It's essential to stay patient and maintain open communication with the company throughout the process. If you have any specific concerns or questions about your application, don't hesitate to contact the HR department or the person who communicated with you during the initial offer stage.

Congratulations on receiving your initial offer through t4uae! The timeline for receiving a final contract after submitting your documents can vary based on several factors, including the organization's internal processes, the volume of applications they are handling, and any specific requirements they may have.Given that they mentioned in the email not to resign and that the offer might be subject to changes or postponements, it's likely that the organization is working on finalizing details before sending out official contracts. It's a common practice to ensure that all necessary checks and verifications are completed before formalizing the employment agreement.If you're concerned about the timing and whether you can still be considered for an August start, it's best to reach out to the organization's HR or recruitment team directly. They will be able to provide you with more accurate information about the current status of your application and whether an August start is still feasible.As for hearing about others who have gone through a similar process, you might want to explore online forums, community groups, or websites related to t4uae or the specific industry you're applying to. Connecting with others who have been in a similar situation could provide you with insights into their experiences and timelines. you can also check emirinfo
