How long for huroob to be removed

Hello everyone!

I just want to ask how long will huroob be removed by the sponsor?

I was put on false huroob by my sponsor even if we already agreed that i will search for new employer and my contract is 2 years and 3 months finished already( anyway i never sign any contract). Its been more than 30days already and my new employer told me to just ask my old kafeel to remove huroob since they are not able to access on their own since ministry of labor cut their access.I went to my old kafeel many times and told me and my wife that he already process it with his lawyer in labor but for how long he dont know and that we would only know if cancelled already if i will receive the sms from labor. Im in doubt if he is telling the truth as some would say even in minsitry of labor when i went there that if the kafeel will go to labor it will be removed right away.

Now my question is will it take long time to remove huroob even if kafeel process it or he just lying to me? Im very confused and helpless.pls help thank you

So labor was right in saying that if kafeel will go to labor court and request it to be removed it will be removed right away?

@sam_dwame my first and simple question how did you find out that you have hroob ? did you check on absher ? whats the status there.

In the end the kafeel will be the one to decide still wether he will remove huroob or not and if he does 2 options only either to give you exit and shoulder the expenses or allowed to work for new employer if i will file a complaint to labor otherwise if he will not remove then deportation is the only option and ban for 5yrs. I found out today from labor.

Yes already an option,same time is waiting for the deportation and filing a case to labor so whichever comes first from the two that i will do (although hoping still that the huroob will be lift of first than deportation only Allah knows🤲)
