@Guest7547 if your iqama is expired  more then 3 month you can transfer without permission  from old kafeel

Ram Janzen del Rosario
Is the procedure through Qiwa? And if yes, what if your kafeel ignore it?

You don't even need 30 days, my current employer transferred me within a week of my Iqama expiry. I also have delayed salaries by more than 8 months. And high appreciation to Saudi authorities, they awarded all my dues forcing my previous employer to pay me up to the last Hallalah.

What about while current employment contract expired, is it possible to transfer the visa without permission of the current employer?

Nope.

Not possible.

@Guest7547 yes happened to me, I took a transfer to a new employer after the iqama expiry, as the first attempt of transfer request was not responded to by the current employer. I wait until my iqama expires, as it happened my new employer make transfer ship transfer. my employment contract was active still; the risk here is you could lose your end-of-service benefits and other entitlements for those you are eligible for.

@Guest7547 Yes I did experience it, I resigned two weeks before my Iqama expiry, and just a week after my Iqama expired, I was transferred to my new sponsor without the approval of my old sponsor, most probably without their knowledge too!

@Arsal7 I am not misguiding others. Once Iqama is expired, you are allowed to transfer. It is not allowed for any company to not renew the Iqama on time, that is why there are penalties even 1 day of expiry. You are misguiding others. Go to Labor Office and inquire. They suffered more than enough. Moreover, my salary case is different from the Iqama expiry and was dealt with in different government branches.

Caryy on.

I don't care what you think.

Every case, every person, every company and every problem is different.

So, carry on.

Ranjan Jha

@Jobincy39 Yes, if contract in Qiwa is expired.

@Arsal7 Your information is contradicting with the actual fact. Your responses seems mostly based on theoretical information.

Seems you did not experience any Labor issue yet.

If Iqama is expired then next maximum after 3 days sponsorship can be transferred without the consent of current employer , some people also informed that it can be transferred next day after Iqama expiry.

I transferred after 5 days of the Iqama expiry.

@GHULAM MURTAZA17 Yes Even if its a year.

You dnt need the consent of current employer.

@shhahjahann After transfer you can initiate the process of calming EOS and other dues. As per Article 88 of saudi labor law employer has 2 weeks to pay the amount.

If they are not paying and if you feel that they are playing with you then raise a friendly dispute case. As i has seen several people with similar issue, it takes maximum of 4-5 months to get the amount, even less some time.

But employee must be strong with documentary evidence.

I am unable to find post of two guys who has been denied the transfer after 3 days of expiry. Either System is changed or it varies from company to company.  One guys got final exit of that attempt.

Anyway, i realise  i am wasting time here.

Carry on all. I don't care what other thinks.

Ranjan Jha

@Arsal7 System for all the company are same, it is monitored by Qiwa and same for all.

But the issue is people dnt share the actual reason. His transferred might be denied due to some other issue.

I have a very wide experience in this subject. Dealing with transfer related subject since a year now. Based of my experience always there is a story which are not explained.

As an example one person was blaming me for providing wrong information. He was saying that in my YouTube videos i explained that if Iqama is expired then current company approval is not required and transfer can be done automatically BUT he said that his Iqama was expired even tho his transfer was not completed automatically.

When i investigated the subject i found that his Iqama was renewed by company before completion of transfer formalities. So people are not accepting the facts.

And i also figured out that some one from his company informed Employer that he got a transfer request , hence employer come to know about this and extended the Iqama for 3 months.

Since i did my own transfer formalities and passed through several experiments, engaged with several people having different types of transfer related issues so i am confident about the subject.

I do agree with you that this platform do not value time and efforts. So do not waste time here.

Best regards
